February Stamp of the Month Blog Hop "Sunny Thoughts"

Hello and welcome to the February Stamp of the Month Blog Hop. If you arrived here by chance, take your time and have a look around, if you arrived here from Nell Ward's blog  you are in the right place. To continue the hop click on the link at the end of this post.

This month's stamp Sunny Thoughts S1802 has lots of lovely sentiments, flowers and leaves  that will make creating your crafty projects so easy. It is only $7.50 with a purchase of $75.00 or $27.00 to buy.

I love giving away little gifts to family and friends and sometimes all I need is a little bag for the gift, but of course I can't just use it as is. I have to decorate it and make it a bit prettier. Close to My Heart used to sell these cute little bags but they are now discontinued. I am sure you can get something similar at a discount store. I think the little Heart Clips Z3381 are gorgeous and are the perfect addition to the bag. They are only $10.50 for 6 clips, you can find them in the Embellishments folder on my CTMH website. Having multiple sizes of the flower stamps allows such versatility.

I really believe it is so important to not only tell children that you love them but also put in in writing.  I am told that it ensures they develop good self esteem and they learn that they have worth. Also encourage them to dream and know that with time and effort their dreams can come true.

I am trying to remember to send cards that express thanks and let others know that they are important to me. For this card I have stamped the flower spray directly on the card in Fern ink then stamped it again on a scrap of white cardstock using Glacier and Poppy ink, fussy cut the flowers and adhered them to the original stamped images. I used the White Burlap ribbon Z3323 to finish off the card.

Thank you for stopping by, to continue the hop click here to go to Doreen's blog. I am sure she will have something wonderful to share. I do really appreciate it when you take time to leave a comment.
