Blue Skies Blog Hop

Welcome to our CTMH Australasian blog hop, if you arrived here from Doreen Watkin's blog you are in the right place. If you arrived her by chance, I hope you see something you like. To continue the hop click on the link at the end of this post.

Today we are showcasing the Blue Skies collection released to celebrate National Scrapbooking month. There are any different kits available, suitable for everyone's budget. I have chosen to use the beautiful and colourful paper pack and stickers for my projects.

I choose to use the kite sticker for this card as I felt it would be unlikely that I would need it in my scrapbooking. I have combined it with the stamp set Hello Ladybug B1703 and some of the star stickers. I felt the sentiment worked really well with the kite image. To give the kite some dimension I have adhered it with 3D foam tape.

I am slowly working on the over 700 photos that my brother in law scanned for me from slides, taken many years ago.  Don't you just love those curtains, nothing like the vintage yellow, brown and orange of the 1970's

This second card uses another of the lovely patterned papers and the tulip stamp from the stamp set called "A Million Little Things" D1925. I am a real fan of the stitched thin cuts, I love the look of the stitched frame behind the flowers.

Thanks again for stopping by, to continue the hop go to Lauren's CTMH Craftings to get some more great ideas. Before you leave please take a moment and leave a comment, they are always appreciated.

Happy crafting!
